If you have a ChessPuzzle.net account, you can also use the "Vertrag widerrufen" (withdraw from contract) button available during the withdrawal period in your profile under "Payment history". You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
